Dream Eater is a pastry style double stout brewed with more than two hundred pounds of Cinnamon Crunch cereal, two pounds of coffee per barrel, a lot of milk sugar, and conditioned on just the right amount of vanilla. This beer is a blast to brew and pops with flavors and aromas of Mexican style coffee, Saturday morning cartoons, and fudge brownies with a cinnamon glaze.

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: big milk chocolate, vanilla wafers, cinnamon, coffee sweetness and coffee roastiness then some sweet grains
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a great sweet to roasty then has the same finish
Texture: medium bodied, leaning towards being a sipper, cinnamom doesn't cut into the tongue as I thought it could have.
Overall: pretty nicely done impy stout I would have again.

16 oz. can from HEB in Boerne, TX. Pours a dark black color with root beer highlights and a small beige head with decent retention. A few bits of lacing. Mostly coffee aroma. The flavor is also coffee-dominant, lightly roasted, but the milk sugar helps cut it and sweeten it a bit. I don't taste any cinnamon. A little thin for a stout. Low carbonation and low bitterness. The 8.0% ABV is really well hidden. Okay for a coffee stout, but I would prefer a different blend.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with small tan head. The aroma is strong cinnamon, cocoa, roast, vanilla. Slick body, roasted malt, milk chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla, light dry finish, enjoyed this.

Tap, at the brewery. Nearly black. Thin halo of tan head. Nose has coffee grinds. Cinnamon. Cocoa. Chocolate milkshake. Charred malt. Taste is tooth rotting sweet. Some ashy dryness. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Finish is mostly sweet, with a light coffee bitterness.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large dark brown foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of sweet chocolate notes with some cinnamon and light vanilla notes is pleasant. Taste is a mix of sweet chocolate notes with some light cinnamon, quite a bit of residual sugar notes and light vanilla notes. Body is thinner then I was expecting with good carbonation. Not bad but more subdued then I was expecting with a thin finish.
