0.5 l can Doggythedog shared with me, so huge thanks for the new beer country! Poured golden body with bigger head. Dusty and corny aroma, even with some notes of malt; nothing special but fine. Flavor is bad, too malty with some weird bitter, mutant hop notes. Thin bodied with medium carbonation still gives short finish which is boring and pretty unpleasantly bitter. Looks like it’s not well done, as it had some potential. Seems like it doesn’t matter is beer from Romania and Bulgaria, it’s still same style of crap.

0.5l can courtesy of a friend who lugged it halfway through the Balkans from Bulgaria (huge thanks, Krešimir!) Yay, my first Bulgarian beer. After three crappy Romanian beers, this was bound to be better. Or was it. Gilded yellow colour, medium-big head. Light dusty hoppy nose with some light malt. Hmm.... corn maybe too. Better, yeah. And then I tasted it. Grain mixing with bad glue/sulphur. Bitterish. Light, ok lemony taste... guess that’s the hop and it’s a bit stale. Some apple. Ok graininess in the base but ruined by that odd off taste. Why?

Kläglicher Hopfenauszug-Antrunk, bleibend, mild. Süßlich-getreidiger werdend, unangenehm bitter im Abgang obwohl auch dieser Ton nur mild ist. Ein Bier für die Kloschüssel. Test vom 10.8.2008, Gebinde: Dose Noten: 6,4,4,1,7,2 - 3,10

Can, donated by KnutAlbert. Pours a clear, golden body, quite pale, with a white head that diminishes rather quickly. Quite nice aroma for a pale lager, with good fruityness and some grainy maltyness as well. Surprisingly hoppy flavor with a pleasant fruityness and a low maltyness. Thin and watery mouthfeel and a pleasant fruityness in the finish. Definately not a bad pale lager, but sure quite boring, in spite it’s fruityness. (071208)

Can. An orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cardboard and a weird spicy note. The flavor has light notes of malt, grass, cardboard, metal, and acidity, leading to a dry cardboard finish.

500ml can - thanks to Knut Albert. Straw golden body. Relatively long-lived frothy, white head. Fresh malt-accented aroma. Sweet fruity taste with lemon and banana followed by a dry bitter finishing. The taste is a bit destroyed by some hints of cooked vegetables towards the end. Alright (24.05.2007).
