Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2023. Pours Aroma has maple and cinnamon with roasted malts, bourbon and dark grain supporting. Flavor is maple forward with some roasted malts, dark grains and a nice barrel backbone.

Soft, sweetish and heavy with cinnamon notes, some barrel, vanilla, cocoa, bourbon and maple syrup. Complex and heavy, thick body with loads of flavors.

Draft at Peders, Copenhagen, 2xForagers TTO, 04/05/2023 Lots of maple and rum running through this, lots of vanilla and chocolate, so complex, full bodied, dark malty lingering finish. Gorgeous.

A black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of heavy sweet dark malt, chocolate, vanilla. Taste of intense vanilla, bourbon, sugar, maple syrup. Good.

On tap at Peders, pours black with no head. Aroma is loaded with maple syrup, light cinnamon, bourbon and vanilla beans. Flavour is rich, with intense maple syrup and high-quality cinnamon sticks upfront, wrapped up in bourbon barrels. Lots of complex cinnamon and maple syrup on the finish. I don't know if I've ever loved cinnamon in a beer this much. Excellent.
