A rich honey Mead blended with festive spices.

A delicious blend of rich honey Mead, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, lemon, and orange zest.

Heat gently in a sauce pan, but do not boil! Serve warm with a tot of brandy on chilly winter evenings.

From a saucepan, RHS Wisley Autumn Food Festival. Ascot hadn't turned up to run their stall so had to settle for a £3 shot of this. To be fair it was a cold windy day so this went down very well. Aroma of honey, spices and booze. Bright orange. A few suddy white bubble. Heavy sweetness, as per the aroma it'd also spicy and boozey. Mesium bodied. Sticky. Flat carbonation. Long warming finish. Enjoyable in the right circumstances, even though it's only October.

125ml glass at the 2016 Cambridge Beer Festival. Golden and clear. Sticky, sweet buttery scent. Not getting the promised spices, maybe a bit of clove but the scent is strong, honeyed and inviting. Sweet and slightly spiced without being sickly. Thick, sticky, gooey body. Long sexy finish. As mead should be.

75 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg.
Aroma has very sweet honey tones and hints of root beer. Flavour is quite spicy with honey, mild menthol tones and hints of sweet apples. Balanced and pleasantly spiced.

Starker Honig Antrunk, der durch die erkennbaren Gewürze eher noch verstärkt wird. Rund süffig, langer Nachgeschmack, in dem der Honig erheblich länger als die Gewürze hält. Gut! 9/12/12/12/9/12

Bottle at Reading BF 2014. Clear gold no head. Spicy hazelnut nougat aroma. Haven’t had a mead in ages. It’s lovely. Love the cinnamon mixed with the hazelnut praline. Delicious. God I love mead. It’s sweet and decent. Slightly sour from the spice too. Wow
