75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow, no head. Aroma is mild cinnamon spiced and honey. Spiced, soapy nutmeg. Smooth fruity and mellow honey finish.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass.ABV: 10%. Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy honey, spicy honey, light clove - nutmeg and cinnamon, fruity citrus - orange notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, perfume - flowery honey, honey, spicy, spiced honey. Body is medium, texture is syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. From barrel at Middle Farm. It pours very pale golden yellow. The nose is massive on the sweet honey, syrupy, spicy background and some sweet white grape. The taste is honey, pear, sweet apple, white grape, spice (cinnamon and clove in particular) and some alcohol warmth. Medium body (for a mead anyway) and oily mouth-feel. Coats the inside of the mouth. Pretty smooth and well balanced. Tasty in small doses.
