Tap at the source, July 2016. Pours clear orange with a white head. Aroma: bready malts, berries, cherries, farmhouse. Taste: dry, bready malts, funky brett with berries, cherries. Light Flanders vibes. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Doesn't taste like a sour to me. Tastes like a Belgian pale ale, strong malt aroma and spicy and fruity taste. Long finish. To tell the truth, I was surprised to find this.

Bomber, shared by Jeff. Pours an unclear, reddish orange color with a small, bubbly, tan head. The aroma is vanilla, tart raspberries, smooth earth and leather, and wet grass. Pretty dry, with a hint of bitterness. Light body, with a slick, kinda astringent mouthfeel. This is a complex and refreshing beer. Nicely done.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a cloudy copper-orange color with a medium thick off-white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky fruit, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of brett yeast, funky citrus and doughy malt. The finish is tropical fruit and brett. Pretty good overall.

Bottle. Copper color with a thin ring of beige head. Nose is hops, brett, oak, and a little fruity. Smells like it’s going to be acidic... Sour and light bitter taste, a little funky fruit. Somewhat acidic, but less than the aroma would suggest. More hops than fruit, oak barrel, and sour.

750ml bottle purchased at Imperial Bottle Shop and Taproom in Portland, Oregon. Shared with csbosox and beastiefan2k. The pour is a murky golden copper with a 1/2 inch off white head. The aroma is tart citrus, lemon acidic, tangerine and some general funk towards the back. The taste is the bright tart lemon fruit up front, followed by the acidity and then moves into dry funk leather earthy Brett notes. Nice transition of flavors. The palate is medium bodied with active fine carbonation and the dry Brett finish. Thins out some in the finish and gets bone almost chalky dry. Nice easy drinking beer.

Flemish Kiss 6.5% Served in a tulip it pours a bright brassy orange-gold with a thick foamy head of light-beige foam. It’s paler than expected from a Flemish red but has that wonderful tart/sour fruity & vinous character with light spice notes. It has an active carbonation with all bubbles and bright sparkling carbonation. The taste is light, acidic, vivid tart fruit - bright berries & light malt bready notes. This beer brings some of the wow character that the Urban Farmhouse didn’t.

Bottle. Pale orange-red, almost flat. Nose of vanilla, yogurt, cherry. Creamy and lactic, only lightly sour. chocolate, cream. I would like a bit more sourness, but still a nice one.
