Refrigerated clear flip top bottle poured into a clear. Clear amber with small white head. Aroma is rich apples, medium body, medium/light carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is apples, rum, wood, and a little booze.

A dark amber gold cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light molasses, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity apple mix with light acidity, light molasses and treacle, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at cidery.

Poured from the tap (12.5%). Clear amber orange. Sweet apple, hint of wood, alcohol. Quite nice.

750 ml bottle shared by my daughter. Nose is tart apples with hints of vanilla and bourbon. Reddish gold with some light bubbles. Flavor is lightly tart with a little sweetness, vanilla, and bourbon.

750 ml bottle from Coal Harbor Liquor Store. Nose is tart apples, rum,and musty oak. Clear dark gold with a small, quickly disapating off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly tart apples with a background of oaky rum. My favorite was the Bourbon Barrel Aged 2007, but this is extremely tasty.

Sweet barrel aged rum on the nose, good rum brown body and no foam. Flavour is sweet woody rum with cider infused. Balanced and intense, a great combination very well executed.

750ml bottle pours out copper color with a soap ring of a head. Nose is sweet apple big bourbon barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet apple notes and a barrel booze kick.

Taster from fhe bottle on BC Cider Fest 2017. Pours a clear golden with almost no head. Taste is sweet, very fruity with rum notes. Taste is similar, dry and sweet. Good stuff.

750ml bottle. Pours a clear copper with a small, short lived, beige head that fully dissipates. Sweet aroma of ripe red apples, bourbon, cinnamon, molasses and oak. Sweet flavour of ripe red apples, caramel, cinnamon, molasses, honey, sugar cane and oak with a dry, warming bourbon finish. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Wow, lots of complexity. An excellent cider.
