The redefinition of the IPA. Bright tangerine and orange juice nose with an explosion of juicy tropical fruit and dank resin on the palate. Full and lush, but an easy drinker. The weight and lupulin punch of a much bigger IPA

Pours a nice hazy orange from a can. Aroma is a bit of citrus, not much pine, which is a bit in the flavor. Sweet, not too watery for a session. Good beer.

Can, 0.473l. Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, resin and biscuit. Pours hazy golden color with large soapy white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts juicy tropical fruity and citrusy, following is resinous and herbal, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Can. .An unclear yellow beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, pine needles, hops, spices, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, hops, spices, pine needles, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Can, just labelled 18-Watt IPA and 72IBU. Yes, I suppose 5% _is_ redefining session. Murky orange with an inch of white head that lasts OK. Wafty mandarin and chewed cracker aroma. Lightish bodied with quite high carbonation. Ill-defined soft crackery malt sweetness with citrus then firm but brief bitterness at the end. Perhaps slightly spicy there too. Pretty good.

Can (4/27/20) pour. Appearance is opaque, beautiful yellow-orange orange juice until the last 10th of the pour with some nasty yeasty sludge. Fair sparkle both stuck to the side of the glass as bubbles and also rising to the top. 2-finger width foamy white head with poor retention and light leggy lacing. Aroma is strong, sweet stone and tropical fruit/citrus with mild tart fruit contribution. Taste is moderately strong stone fruit and tropical over citrus. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin, smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a bit thin but what do you expect from a session. If wanting a relatively low ABV with a pretty good amount of juicy goodness, this fits the bill nicely. I wish flavor intensity had matched the aroma. But, this is right at the far edge of freshness so this might have been even better when fresh. Had fresher version on tap 4/2/22 and was strong lemon in aroma and taste. Not complex but good heft.
