THE OLFACTORY IS working overtime, noting the distinct sweet citrus, delicate flowery herbal and complex spice aromas and flavors of this lager. Smooth soft light malt, finishes very dry and clean with an orange tang and some soft herbal complexity. Perhaps our ultimate patio brew.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish gold with a finger of white foam. Light coriander and citrus aromas with Belgian yeast esters. Crisp and clean with nice graininess on the palate. Very clean with a drying finish with more coriander, clove and citrus. Nice witbier/lager hybrid.
Good beer.

Draught @Albion. Slightly cloudy rich yellow with somewhat creamy small white head, slught citrus aroma, a bit metallic astringent taste, abrupt finish. Not especially remarkable.

A hazed golden Lager with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice grassy and spiced malt, with grassy hops. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with grassy notes, chamomile, mineral notes, citrus, nice. On tap at Brooklyn Pour 2013.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours a hazy orange, definitely not white. Aroma is spicy and flowery... quite nice. Taste is pretty nice. A spicy tingle gives this some uniqueness points. Very easy to drink, but not bland or watery. Accessible, but adventurous. Let’s also be clear that this is not a pale lager.

Tap at Brewers choice. Pours hazy yellow orange. Nose of citrus and yeast. Tastes of oranges, herbal, yeasty, floral, and maybe some wood. Light and refreshing and much better then most "pale lagers"
