A love of American microbrews is the inspiration behind this IPA, brewed with generous amounts of aromatic, American hops, which provide the significant freshness and bitterness with lots of citrus notes. The taste sensations are nicely balanced by the sweetness from the caramel malt.

It is a nice IPA. For the time is going ahead more I like the IPA, copper body, really bitter, nice hop, a nit watery, 06.09.2016, sharing it with Fred at the Grand-Lancy.

rating #900!!! Dark amber, a very nice color for a good IPA. Nice frothy head, a nice sticky lacing. Outstanding hops aroma. Loads of citrus, grapefruit, oranges, lemons, and limes. There is also some really nice piney resin notes. The aroma is so crisp, and clean, with that great pine ending. The flavour is again, very very hoppy, but the caramel malt really comes through, and brings it alll together. The finish is obviously quite bitter, but its a nie bitterness. This is easily one of the best highly hopped IPAs that is still very well balanced.

Bottle at home. Aroma is fruity hops, tropical notes, some grapefruit, robust malt, cereal, pine resin. Flavour is light sweet and nicely bitter. The fruity hops combine well with the strong malt backbone, great balance! Not the hop bomb I expected, but very good.

Hazy, lite amber color with a off-white head. Hoppy, decent fruityness, citric, piney, bitter-hoppy. Thx to Andreas Z. for this battle.

Bottle. Pours opaque amberish brown with medium white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, spruce, grapefruit, passion fruit, groundcherry and hints of burn sugar and tobacco. Taste is medium sweet and medium to very bitter. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with notes of bitter grapefruit, bergamot orange, 99% dark chocolate, bitterness from coffe beans, caramel, butterscotch and vanilla. Very bitter but also good sweetness and fruityness.
