KNOCK KNOCK. Who’s there? A charming blend of stouts aged 14-25 months in Willett and Weller bourbon barrels alongside resonant beats of Baroida Estate coffee from Papua New Guinea, roasted by CREMA, marshmallow, Ugandan vanilla, and milk sugar. Expect notes of fig pudding topped with flamed marshmallow and sweet vanilla latte.

Black with a brown head - Dark malt with coffee and wood barrel aroma - Dark malt body with roasted coffee, vanilla and wood barrel flavours - The dark malt with coffee and some dark fruity tones with wood goes into the finish - This was real good

Tap@MBCC 2021, Copenhagen - black with a tan head. Sweet roasted and vanilla sweet malty, chocolate, caramel, coffee roast, full body, dark malty finish.

[ As Bearded Iris Knock Knock ].
ABV: 10.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - beige head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cake, sweet malt, barrel, coffee, marshmallow - vanilla - barrel - bourbon. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, cake, vanilla, barrel, chocolate, dark malt, coffee, marshmallow - vanilla - barrel - bourbon. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft, finish feel is warming. [20211023]
