On tap at The Beer Temple, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright straw, some corn-like notes and bready malt. Flavour is very bright, clean and crisp, with lots of straw and bready malt. Dry, crisp and vibrant. Very good.

5 oz. Draft. Aroma shows soft grain, mild lemon and light minerals. Flavor has a mild cracker malt backbone with the lemon, with mild mineral character. The texture is crisp inside a light body. A very well-made craft lager.

Canned 8/6/21, drunk 10/31/21. Clear, light amber-golden with a rapidly dissipating, white head. Lightly fruity, malty, rustic grains and some minerals. Clean and delicate with no alcohol, flaw or out-of-place hop. Soft, malty, mild yet flavorful with a rustic grain character (wheat bread, corn) that provides enough sweetness while still remaining dry and lightly crisp. Hints of floral and peppery hops don't overwhelm. No alcohol or flaw. Extremely drinkable and delicious.
