Double mashed and long-boiled imperial stout made with freshly roasted Brazilian coffee from the multiartists at Talormade in Oslo, extra dark maple syrup and the finest vanilla beans from Madagascar and Uganda.
Way thicker, but just as drinkable as your morning coffee! Fresh coffee aroma, with notes of chocolate and hazelnuts due to the Brazilian origin and the perfect roasting of the coffee. Intertwined you have complex notes of caramel, vanilla and maple, which shows their presence more clearly in the aftertaste and after letting the beverage breathe a bit. The two different vanilla varieties helps cream up the mouthfeel and amplifies the caramel and chocolate notes already present.
*There is both real maple syrup and a very light touch of maple extract in this beer*

Can. Must been a GBBF pickup. Semi opaque dark brown beer, thin tan head that barely forms before it's gone. Smooth palate, soft and slightly viscous, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, rich, mellow dark chocolate. The vanilla is there but so is a caramel and mildly burned toffee. Whisper of ripe fruity maple before a smooth finish. I think the maple and coffee have morphed into something above and beyond here. Reminds me of a dark chocolate Crunchie bar, and that's a good thing.

Pours clear black, swent is raw, petrol-like coffee, intense, plastic, maple and vanilla are hidden. Taste is sharp, raw, glue, plastic roastyness. Not great at all. Maple and vanilla are lost... hmm...

12/XI/22 - on tap @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 2), BB: n/a (2022-1581) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: nice, very intense, sugary, molasses, decent, malty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: a bit weird, dirty, metallic, dry, soft roast, a bit chemical, rubbery, coffee notes. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, very roasted, burned rubber, coffee. Aftertaste: dry, spicy, very roasted, a hint of blueberry jam, burned rubber. Don’t really like it.
