Delicious! Sour but with a tropical candy sweetness, cheesy parts, dry.... very very nice. White wine, light funk. Great! Sweets!

Keg at dynamo Brussels. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a a sticky white head. Aroma is sour funky milk, cinnamon, bark, weird. Flavour is composed of drying woody sour, bark, little sage, veg, sour milk, Palate is semi sweet light grains, moderate carbonation. Disappointing.

Keg at Dynamo Bar, Bruxelles, 08/12/18. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is tarte citric peel, dusty straw, light wood must, pissy notes, herb, lemon drizzle. Taste comprises soured fruits, vanilla oak, vinous trace, lemon curd, herb, damp wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty average sour.

Draft at Dynamo, Brussels. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of yoghurt, citrus and doughy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with light carbonation.
