Bottle sample at a tasting at Lior D’s place. Thanks avrashi. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of coriander, wheat, citrus. Rather dry flavor, slightly sweetish, wheaty, with citrus and a bit of coriander. Lively carbonation. Quite nice and refreshing.

Bottle at Maison du Steak, Cambridge. Hazy yellow, a decent white head. Weak aroma of spice, lemon/orange and fresh bread. Sweet and satisfying taste with a tartness cut short by an abrupt finish. Watery mouthfeel. Not a great beer.

Hazy paleish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and crisp and semi dry. Airy thin malts, little dry cream. Yeasty mid. Ver mild citrus on the back end followed by dry floralness and a dry finish. Very meh!

330 ml bottle. Pours a clear straw color with moderate/full head. Aromas of lemon furniture polish, melons, and very light banana. Flavors are similar with emphasis on the lemon and some light spice/peppery/floral notes.A lite version of a witbier. Would be a great summer quaffer.
