44 cl can @ hotel room Virrat, BBE 23.04.2023 Lots of foam when pouring. Aroma has licorice and hints of ash. Flavour has licorice, some ash, sweet malt. Good.

Canned (from Minimani Vasa). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some ashes and mild toffee tones. Flavour is liquorice, toffee, some ashes, mild vanilla and oats.

44cl can from K‑Supermarket Levi, Sirkka. Pours black with a tanned head. Mild roasty aroma with notes of licorice, dark chocolate. fruity hops and bread. Moderate to medium sweet with mild, but quite pleasant flavours, feels quite balanced and it was more hoppy than expected. Quite nice.

0,15l on tap @ Rytmikorjaamo, Lakeuden panimojuhlat. Pours very dark brown with a medium head. Aroma is roasted malts with liquorice. Flavor is roasted malts, liquorice, hops. Tasty.

Can from KCM, Jumbo. Poured near black in color, thick off white head. Nice aroma of fresh licorice. Light saltyness, bit of roastedness. Light bodied.

Dark brown colour, small steady brownish head. Light licorice in the nose. Light-bodied. Salty licorice in the flavour, some bitterness. Quite well licorice dominated and even salty one. A bit one-dimensional for 5% porter.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, light licorice. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, caramel, sweet licorice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20220409]

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Near black, small head. Aroma of sweet licorice and caramel. Very sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Licorice and saccharine. Achingly sweet and unbalanced.
