--Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. -- Black. Aroma of coffee and licorice. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee and hard roasted bread. Long bitter finish. Very likeable.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, 26 Feb 2022) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and black bread. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, black bread, roasted malt and a balanced coffee bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well made porter, with lots of coffee flavours. Very nice.

20/2/2020. Cask at the Chelmsford Winter Beer & Cider Festival 2020. Pours very dark brown with a bubbly off-white to beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, light roasted malt, caramel, biscuit and dried fruits. Light to moderate sweetness and medium to heavy roasted bitterness. Very dry finish.

Cask gravity at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone black beer lasting tan head some chocolate some charcoal. light coffee. Some juicyness some dark malty flavour. bit of roast. ok .

Cask at MS HW, 28/07/18. Light black with a decent lasting khaki head. Nose is bitter roast, charr, toffee, dusty fruits, raisins, brown bread. Taste comprises cocoa powder, toffee, charr, roast malts, hint of coffee, dried fruits. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying close. Decent cask stout.
