Nearly clear dark golden, offwhite head. Grassy, floral hops aroma, malt and light yeast. Malty, sweetish flavour, grassy hoppy flavour. A touch of hoppy spice and an ok bitter finish. Rather light.

bottle. hazy orange, small offwhite to slightly orange head. flowery and syruppy sweet aroma, reminds me of brewdog's less agressive ipa's, more malts in the nose, less agressive flowery hops, but there is a little bit of flowers, pine and grape etc. flavor is malty, bitter from the hops, bitterness is flowery and exotic fruity and sweet malty, leaving a taste impression i relate to double ipa's more than ipa's. this one is fat full bodied sweet bittersweet however, not as heavy as a double ipa after all. They say it's a christmas IPA and i guess it fits well with some more sweetness and body, probably not the intention that it should be a super dry thirst quencher perfect for 30degrees celcius and loads of sun. pretty decent one, given the circumstances. good balance, complexity and overall flavor.
