can. bbf 29-7-2021 tasted 13-10-2020 clear amber, offwhite to light brown head. looks real good and very vienna'ish. aroma has non-alc-citrus, toasted roasted malts, malts, faint butter. flavor is problematic. citrus, sour caramel, the sourness you get when you taste salad from a plastic bag, that has gone sour. rubber. fkin' hell, i'm nearly not going to finish this. my body says BAD FOOD alert. worst non alc i've had for at least a year. worst classic ever. Re-rate 2022-07-06 This time around The beer tastes totally differnt, no citrus, no rubber, the flavor resembles a 3% czech dark beer with rye, if you know those. sweeitsh flavor with nutty and roasted malty notes. some malty bitterness. Either they have changed the recipe big time, or the one I tasted two years ago was way off. Before rate 5,3,2,3,3 = 1.6 I chugged half a can from the can, I have found a glass, and will do proper review now : can bbf 20-04-23 clear brown, light brown to gray head. 3 aroma is slightly metallic, slighlty syrupy, malts, faint hops. 5 flavor is malty, there is some fainter citrussy notes, rye bread, there is a little bit of butter. malty sweetness, low bitterness. It was better straight from the can. lingering malty and malty bitter flavor in the far away aftertaste. 5 overall 9
