This dark strong ale was fermented with a blend of Belgian and Norwegian yeasts, along with our house mixed culture, while aging in our French Oak Foudre. Then spent 2 months conditioning on Blackberries and Raspberries.

At brettfest. Aroma of rich raspberry, blackberries, wheat, oak, vanilla and cherry. Taste has raspberry, blackberry, oak, wheat oak, some cherry and vineus red grape. Very nice.

Carnivale Brettanomyces 2019. Pours a clear dark brownish red colour and a small beige head. Aroma's: strong raspberry and some blueberry, sweet fruit and some sourness. Retronasal it's fruit and sour. Flavour is sour with some sweetness from the fruit. Medium bodied. Long finish.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a thick and viscous purple to marionberry color with a small bit of pink head that dissipates quickly. Huge berry forward nose with raspberry and blackberry aromas. As it warms some oak and tart young berry notes start to come out. Very thick on the palate with a creamy, slush-like texture. Tons of jammy raspberry and blackberry with some light seed and skin notes that add a hint of bitterness. Tart but not overly so. Just a fruit-forward bomb of a beer. Probably my favorite ETF to date. Great job Brandon!
