(Keg at Bier-Bier, 20160919) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had smoke and fruity hops. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were smoke, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was smoky, hoppy and bitter. A pretty weird combination of smoked and hoppy brews. Not my thing.

On tap at Bier-Bier, Helsinki. Mid- to dark gold, slightly hazy with a small film of white head. Harsh medicinal smell. Hard to get past the TCP in the aroma. Taste is a slight improvement. Still very medicinal though, and the booze burns a bit which isn’t ideal for a 6.9% beer. Drinkable, and worth it from a curiosity standpoint, but wouldn’t have another if you paid me.

Bottled@Mallaskosken pienpanimotapahtuma VI. Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is smoked wet wood, some toffee and quite floral and fruity notes. Flavour is smoked wood, some peat, citrus and quite pleasant hoppiness to it. Refreshing.

Tap at Rotterdam, Helsinki. Originally rated 20160304. Colour is slightly cloudy light orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Peat, some smoke, some fruits, hops and malts. Interesting but not very drinkable. Peat is very obvious. "Non-alcoholic peat whiskey"
