Synopsis: Third in the series of our post-apocalyptic APAs and IPAs. This time a bit more refreshing and spicy, a drink worthy of the road warrior! A showcase of the special characteristics of the hop Sorachi Ace, originating from Japan. Master notes of lemon cream with blaster of dill and coriander.

Advanced engineering notes: Brewed with a medium body of pale and munich malt. The US grown Sorachi Ace hops, originating from Japan gives the beer a unique lemon cream taste with hints of dill and coriander which combines with the grassy and peppery notes from the Columbus hops. Hopping schedule is very light in the beginning of the boil but mad at the end, and maxes at post-boil!

Tasted from the first keg commercially available in the world. Smell of mango, some spruce. Hazy amber colour, small white head. Aroma of hop, spruce, grass. Finishes with mango. Also slightly yeasty. Sweet, medium bitter. Very flat carbon, mid-oily texture. Solid, but nonsurprising.
