Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Herb-hefiger Antrunk, trockener Hintergrund, minimal kräutrig. etwas brotig, rund, unsüffig durch die starke Karbonisierung. 7/9/6/9/9/9
On tap. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of intense tea, citrus, flowers. Taste of jasmine tea, citrus, flowers. Easy to drink.

Tap at the brewery. Bit hazy yellow golden. Strawberry syrup, wheat, green tea, rosebuds, floral. Not too sweet.

Backlog. Bottle at home. Hazy golden with white head. Some plums, tea, dough, grains, quite floral. Weird, but good.

Flaska från Etre Gourmete drucken med ölföreningen. Ganska lätt och snäll. Bergamot, citruszest, aningen plommon, torr och krispig. Trevlig

(Draught at L'Ermitage Taproom, Brussels, 19 Oct 2018) Pale amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus, yellow plums and lemon peel. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, plums, lemon peel, bread, apricots and a mild citric bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. A bit different, but fresh and tasty. Nice one.
