0,33l bottle from the brewery. BBE 3.8.2022. Red brown clear beer with medium, natural white head. Aroma has pine and herbs. Flavor too, quite bitter, pine and grapefruit. Medium+ body.

Draught@Plevna. Deep amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and floral malts along with some nectar and rather sweet caramelly and toffeeish notes. Flavour is nicely caramelly and toffeeish with a very nice hop profile to it. Refreshing, which leaves a nice fruity/nectary aftertaste along to the bitterness.

Pours dark amber reddish with a smooth foamy head. Aroma of berries, malts and grassy hops. Taste is smooth, malty and sweet with touch of berries, grassy hops and fruits. Finish is smooth, sweet and malty with some lingering bitterness and berries. A bit strange, not your typical double IPA.

Tap @ pikkulintu. Mahogany color, beige head. Grapefruity, sweet fruity malty aroma. Flavor has pine, sweet fruityness, toasted malt. Very dry, bitter, herbal finish.

Aroma is sweetish with caramel, some fruity hops and hints of raspberries. Flavour is rather hoppy with minerals, some fruity notes, grapefruit and caramel. More raspberries, some vanilla and hints of hay at the middle of the glass. Feels a bit harsh, but not bad anyway.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20131115) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, black currant leaves and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was mildly fruity and quite bitter. Not the best brew Plevna has done but pretty good and shows double IPA characteristics.
