330ml bottle from Brasserie Saint Germain, drunk whilst cooking toad in the hole. Pours a hazed deep brown, medium receding off-white head. Medium bodied, moderately malty sweet, pleasant yeasty touch. Not too shouty, good cooking beer.

dubbel ladnie sie prezentuje w szkle Leffe, piana spora trwala, kremowa, dosc ciemne prawie nie przejrzyste, sporo metnosci, aromat dobrej pitnej i cieplej czekolady. Spirytusu i etanolu skarzonego jakiegos.

Dark brown, clear with a shorter lived off white head. A sweet malt and caramel aroma with some bread sense. Light bitter with a caramel and malt end.

330ml swing-top bottle from Vinmonopolet Nettbutikk. Shared with Finn. Gives a good shot when opened. Pours a dark brown body under a covering beige head, spotty lacing. Inviting smell of roasted brown malts. Fine blended taste of caramel fruits, biscuit, and a coffee note towards a roasted ending. Not overly sweet. Pleasing (Session at Bergstua, Malangen 29.10.2020).

Aroma 6. Appearance 4. Taste 7. Palate 4. Overall 14. Roasted malt, caramel, and a hint of liquorice aroma. Sweet, roasted malt, and nuts taste. Some bitterness at the end which balance well the aftertaste.
