Clear, golden pour, aromas and tastes are mainly grian and malts as expected. Decent, but nothing memorable

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.1%. Clear and pale golden colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of light malts and floral, grassy and herbal hops. Moderate carbonation, slightly citric mouthfeel. Refreshing flavour with the same elements as the aroma, moderate to low bitterness.

Bottle. A clear one, golden in color and with a nice looking two finger white head. It's quite grainy on the nose, still mostly fruity, with some notes of grass, pine cones, hoppy pepperyness and some pear and apple notes. It's medium to full-bodied, nicely carbonated and quite soft on the palate, with a gentle bitterness. The flavor too has some pale malts, bready and grainy, in the back though, with grass, piney, fruity hops up front. Some honey notes. Medium length finish. A really pleasant, classic Helles. Delicious. 220630

0,5l bottle. Clear dark golden with a nearly two finger white head in the glass. Like in a commercial. More grassy than grainy on the nose. Taste has caramel, some grain, spicy. Mid bitterness. Nothing wrong but also no re-inventing the wheel. Nice and easy drinker.

On tap at Vinski grad Wine Festival, Zagreb. Clear golden, small creamy white head. Moderate grainy and bready aroma, fresh white bread. Dry, too dry. Medium body, a floral and herbal touch in the finish. Malty sweetness subdued as mentioned, but no bitterness, too. Nice bready flavour, no prominent hints of caramel.

Drukket på Lillehøgda. Lys gylden. Klar. Middels høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Aroma av malt & gress. Smaken grønne epler. Tørr bitter avslutning. Helles på det jevne.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink &Spare', best before January 2023. Clear, golden with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, minimally floral aroma of grains, light straw and a touch of vanilla. Gently sweet, slightly malty, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and traces of butter, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a little grassy-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very decent Helles. Not that it adds anything new to the world of pale lagers but it's worth gulping.
