From the depth of our barrels, comes a new beer-wine hybrid: Rosé Sour! The blend started with a mix of funky farmhouse blonde and imperial sour red ale, aged on merlot grapes. Rose hips and rose petals were added to balance the oak complexity with floral aromas. Pair this magenta ale with grilled shrimp, winter citrus salads, and marzipan desserts.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 13 Feb 2019) Reddish amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of red berries, oak wood, a touch of vinegar, flowers and funky yeast. Fruity, tart taste with red fruit, red-currant, flowers, oak wood, wine and a dry and tart finish with low bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Really fresh and tasty, lending character both from lambic and Flemish red ales. Very nice.

On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma of barnyard, red wine, citrus and flowers. Pours cloudy ruby brown color with thick creamy tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet malt and flowers, following is sour vinous, funky, woody and fruity, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is mild bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Hats off...

Tap at The Alehouse. Pours unclear ruby. Aroma is funky, berries, roses, grapes. Body is medium, quite sour and really tart. Soft yogurt, lively carbonation. Lots of berried and red fruit, some barrel, rather straight. Hides the alcohol very well, but also lacks boldness. Still good

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20190103) The beer poured deep reddish brown and nearly clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, sweetness, candy sugar and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness, sweetness, candy sugar, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, sweet and bitter. A very well done tart and sour brew with good drinkability.

Draught Very good, dense foxy head retreating with lace over hazy rusty-red beer. Lactic acid, red/pink fruit nose; faint vegetable frying oil, vanilla, raspberry. Burning acidity as a shock, fruitacids, hints at balsamic vinegar, raspberry vinegar, lactic acid. Long-lasting acidity in the aftertaste. Acidthinning, good carbonation, faintly slick. Very good beer, if not for the faint-harted.
