Draft @ Beergium Bar anniversary.
Brune foncée, col fin blanc-cassé.
Arôme offre un bouquet fin sur le cacao et repris de suite par les notes de fruits noirs - baies - rétro de funk assez classique de Cascade - petite touche de caramel - le tout allant presque vers une revisite de vieille brune.
Palais présente une fine acidité, caramel et petite note de café - chocolaté en retrait avec un accompagnement lactique, finement aigre. Retrouve bien les fruits noirs/rouges - mûres et myrtille - petite note citrique qui revient en fin de bouche.

Draught @ MBCC 2019 - Green Session
Pours hazy reddish brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, cocoa, caramel and berries. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long tart, cocoa, caramel and berry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

(Draught at Muted Horn, Neukölln, Berlin, 10 May 2019) Dark reddish brown colour with brief head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of vinegar, caramel, sour berries and chocolate. Fruity, tart taste with vinegar, tart berries, cacao, elderberries and a dry and tart finish. Medium body, quite dry. Interesting, and really tasty. Nice one.

A deep dark brown ale with a thin dark brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with loads of ground cherries, lactic acid, cherry blossom, vanilla, very nice and pungent. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with loads of cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice and complex. On tap at Lupulus.

Tap @ Muted Horn. Reddish brown color. Chocolate and elderberries in the aroma. Sour flavor with berries. Floral. Slightly perfumed. Hint of cacao. Some sweetness.

Tap @ Pien shop and bar, Helsinki. Poured mahogany dark color with a thin white head. Acidicness, sourness, red fruits in aroma. Dark chocolate mixed with some vinegary notes, sourness. Dry finish.

Draft. Crimson-amber beer with a cream head. Chocolate and light sour aroma. Chocolate and sour flavor with light acetic notes. Medium bodied. Chocolate and sourness linger with light acetic notes and light dried fruit.
