Intense black color with a beautiful, dense and creamy coffee-coloured head. On the nose, there are notes of chocolate, cold coffee, milk jam, golden brioche, prunes in alcohol, vanilla. The palate is round and suave, lightened by the fine bubbles. We find on the palate the sensations expected on the nose, with the roasted and even a hint of grilled. We perceive a double sensation of alcoholic warmth and resinous hoppy freshness. The well-marked bitterness perfectly balances the slightly sweet sweetness. The persistence in the mouth is long.

It will keep for three years and much longer if you keep it upright, away from light and in a cool place.
