355ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a large, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Aroma of crackery pale malt, lemon, pear, funky yeast, straw, clove, black pepper and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready pale malt, lemon, pineapple, pear, earthy yeast, clove, black pepper and floral hops in a dry finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and thirst quenching. Not bad.

355ml can that pours a lightly hazed, very light golden colour with a fluffy off-white cap that stays a while and leaves foamy lacing. Lemon peel aromas with some notes of grassy hops. After the last pour, gets cloudy with some particles floating across. The head seems more frothy. The taste balances well again the grassiness and lemon notes. Some decent bitterness in the finish. Just missing a little Belgian Ale yeast for a Saison, but as a beer - drinkable.

It's a bit of an atrocity that this is my first Burdock beer considering how close I live to their brewpub, and worst it was purchased on the other side of the city at an LCBO. This pour a surprisingly pale yellow, mildly cloudy and head to nuthin but quick. Nose is doughy with bare bit of pine hops. Taste is mild. Some resinious hops, thin dried grass malt, mild bitterness, orange pith finish. This is only meh.
