Cask at Southampton Arms, London. A hazy dark golden cider. The aroma is dominated by apples. The flavor is sweet and acidic with powerful notes of apples, leading to a tart finish.

Cask@The Southampton Arms. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apples, spices, some slight notes of alcohol and fudge. Flavour is apples, some mild floral notes as well as herbs, spices and some slight alcohol as well.

Draft @ Wenlock Arms, Hoxton, London N1. Pours a hazy pale yellow color no head. Has a fruity tart apple aroma with some fruity hints. Sweetish sugary tart apple flavor. Has a fruity sweetish tart apple finish.
