Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. La carbonazione è allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è bruschino, pulito e asciutto. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano sensazioni di miele, biscotto, agrumi, arancia amara, spezie e pepe bianco.

Tap at caulier 28. Pale color, almost clear. Light smel of vinegar, aroma of white flour light bready malt, citrus and quite a lot of spices, gruut, anise. Taste is refreshing, tangy, balanced with a lemony dry finish. Nice but very thin, good for summer and refreshing.

Keg at the bar in Brussels midi. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a frothy white head. Aroma is dry lemon, lime, Corriander, mellow saison. Flavour is composed of light wood, lemon, straw, sasions, pencil, low saison yeast, light soap. Palate is semi crisp, highish carbonation, ok. Passible.

Draft at Caulier, Brussels. Hazy golden with a white. Aroma of floral notes, peppery yeast and citrus. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at Brasserie 28, Central station, 07/12/18. Hazed orange golden with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter orange, straw, grains, light yeast flicker. Taste comprises dusty citric peel, light breads, peach, apricot jam, grassy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok saison.

Tap. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is spicy yeast, dough, light banana peel. Taste is spicy yeast, mineralic, a touch of peach. Silky, a bit chalky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Ok.
