Kamenická 11 is bottom fermented Czech type of beer brewed by traditional technology using three types of malt. Added hops are Magnum and Saaz. Typical characteristics are golden colour, pure flavour, gentle bitterness and rich taste. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized.

500 ml bottle. Clear dark copper golden with a foamy head. Grassy metallic hops, pale malts, butter cookies, hay and straw, bread. Hoppy bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily watery texture, lively carbonated, crisp hoppy bittersweet finish. All there what you expect from a Czech Pilsner.

Optisch tiefgoldgelb bis hellbernsteinfarben mit einer glänzenden Trübung und sichtbaren Trübstoffen. Die weiße, grobporige Schaumkrone ist sehr stabil und sehr gut haltbar. Sehr zurückhaltende Duftaromatik - eine leicht honigartige Malzsüße lässt sich jedoch vernehmen. Im Antrunk sehr frisch und fruchtig-hopfig. Am Gaumen fruchtig-malzig, leicht getreidig bis brotig mit floralen bis honigartigen Noten. Die zarte Würze und die leichte Herbe halten sich dabei nobel im Hintergrund. Das alles wirkt schon sehr angenehm und beinahe speziell. Mundgefühl und Süffigkeit sind dabei durchaus gut und man kann sich an diesem Bier absolut freuen. Im Nachtrunk bauen als erstes die floralen Noten ab, leichte Malzaromatik kommt nach und erst relativ spät wirkt eine zarte florale bis grasige Hopfenaromatik.

Tap at M/V. I was shocked I didn't rate this before, but such is life and here I am. Golden body, lasting whtie head. Lean aroma, dusty, but nicely herbal and flowery. Lean herbal and flowery taste, light dusty touchest, some vague yolk, soft and bitterish. Quite nice, while not a wow, I gladly had another!
