I drank this at the brewery, it is for some reason cloudy, which I don’t understand. And has a weird hazy-like astringency. I don’t understand why it is so good.

Bottle from the brewery - big thanks to Di! It pours lightly hazy copper with a medium off-white head. The aroma is toasty grain, cereal, hearty bread, earthy, wood and light spice. The taste is dry, bitter, toasty grain, cereal, brown bread, bit of spice, bio of alcohol and leather with some tannin with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Not bad.
