Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark, orangey amber with a dense and lovely, creamy and lacing beige head. In color closer to a Dunkelweizen. Intense aroma of banana, clove and yeast. Medium body, same flavors as mentioned above with a soft mouthfeel. Surprisingly hoppy finish. Lovely Weizen. 070925

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty fruity and sweet-ish, minimally bready, wheaty malty, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of banana, a touch of wheat crisp bread, whiffs of clove. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, minimally doughy yeasty as well, hints of banana, baked banana, honey, whiffs of clove, brioche.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation.
Rather sweet, not really clumsy, but definiely "Altbayerisch", if "Altbayerisch" is defined as "not as refreshing as a >modern< Hefeweizen", could be even more dirty and rural for me - enjoyable if you like a re-interpretaion of actually surmounted drawbacks. [Or: if you don't follow "arbitrary", socially constructed, actual trends].

Unclear amber with a foamy head. Banana peel, lemon, estery, clovy, metallic. Dry sourness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, watery texture, soft carbonated, dry sourish clovy banana metallic finish. Not great.

Amber with a foamy, white head. Banana aroma. Bread dough. Taste is mildly bitter with a dough-like sweetness underneath. Medium-bodied, mild carbonation. Lacks spice or other nuances but goes down easy. Middle of the road Weizen.

0,5 l bottle from Hol´Ab!. Cloudy amber golden in the glass with a nearly three finger steady white foamy head. Clove, yeast and banana on the nose. Tastes also fruity, some yeast, less clove. Below average carbonated for a Hefeweizen. Little bit flat to the end. Standard stuff.

Bottle picked up from the brewery and consumed at home Thursday 8th June 2023 after a cycle ride to Schloßalle Biergarten Haag an der Amper, listening to Billy Nomates - Cacti and about to make homemade Pizza and a fancy coleslaw. Pours deep gold almost no haze, which is weird. The head disappeared rapidly, seems a little bit lacking in a few areas, carbonation is below par, there is a pleasant wheaty bite but usual light spice (clove) and banana lacking and as mentioned the head legged it. Fine but for this brewery I think that it's one of my least favourites.
