Gents Bier Festival 2023 - Pale yellow with no head. Aroma a bit soapy. Flavour has an initial big hit of chilli but it doesn't linger too much. Subtle fruitiness too.

Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is full, tart, chili spicyness, herbal. Taste is sharp, intense, tart, spicy (chili heath), herbal, mildly salty. High spicyness. F>un as a drink, but a palate wrecker on a tasting or festival.

Hazy light yellow. Nice strong chillies without being to hot, wheat, lime, lemon, salt. Yup, does what it says. Nice.

Probably a well made Gose and smells and tastes like described on the can... Problem is... I don't like Gose.
No rating.

Can in the garden poking the barbecue, 29th. May 22. Pours a light hazy straw yellow. Aroma is tart fruits, salt, pepper. Taste is hot chilli, salt, citrus, refreshing, more chilli pepper, I love chilli, and this is great

Draft @ La Source.
Couleur pâle-blonde, col fin blanc.

12/V/22 - 33cl can from the brewery, shared @ home, BB: 11/IV/23 (2022-499)
Cloudy pale beige to yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: vegetables, celery soup, cheesy, more celery, weird… MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: salty, weird, some chilli, a bit lemony, fishy, shellfish. Aftertaste: dry, lemon and lime juice, acidic, vegetables, onions, salty, chillies, interesting, not bad!

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is indeed aji: cilantro, garlic, chili, and lime. Taste is nice chili, garlic and lime, mildly tart and fresh, and a dash of salt too. Soft carbonation, but with a tiny sparkly edge. Actually great stuff, this is way better than I would like to admit!
