Een mooi degustatiebier met harmonie van zachte en zoete tonen en een evolutie naar bittere hop. Typerend is de lange afdronk met zacht gebrande bitters. Speciaal gebrouwen om rustig van te genieten op een gure dag of een winterse avond. Proost!
Wordt in beperkte oplage ook op rum- en whiskyvaten gerijpt.

33cl fles van Vonk. Gusher. Kastanjebruin, beige kraag. Aroma van suiker, bruine suiker, dadels, vijgen, snoepjes, behoorlijk zoete geur. Smaak is ook vrij zoet, snoep, vijgen, bruine suiker, caramel, wat donker fruit en alcohol. Medium body. Degelijke Quad / BSA.

Bottle. Clear red-orange color with white head. Aroma is red apples, a bit herbal, raisins, thick. Taste is raisins, red apples, quite sweet stuff. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Fun.

Bottle. Amber color. Soft roast, Apple, coughing syrup in the aroma. Malty sweet, alcoholic, soft roasty flavor. Caramel. Just too sweet.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy brown. Aroma and flavor are sweet, malty, fruity, caramel, slight licorice like notes. Overall: good.
