Can at home. Black pour with a tan head. Nose and taste are chocolate, roasted notes, tannic touches, coffee, some dried fruits. The notes are suitable for the style, but somehow both the aroma and taste are too vague, leaning towards watery.

Roast and loads of coffee. Comes off as a bitter ass wake-me-up stout. Black pour with decent mocha head, no lacing. Bitter finish. Slick mouthfeel. Tap at Outro Lado.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 30A: coffee - base: 15B). Can 44 cl - Batch 7692701 (BBF 01.2024). AROMA: medium to medium-high coffee-like aroma, medium-low to low background perfumy alcohol. low sweet-like note remembering coffee and cream. APPEARANCE: dark brown body and opaque. medium-low light brown head with average retention. leg formation. TASTE: initial medium coffee notes with low roasted notes in the background. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly roasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. alcohol warmth present. OVERALL: an average stout with added coffee that has a bit unidimensional flavor which doesnt support the alcohol presence.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (15/05/2022) - black with a beige head. Dark roasted malty with some cocoa, burnt brown sugar, medium plus body, dry and dark malty finish.

Tap at brewery. Opaque colour, small creamy beige head and lace. Toasted, chocolaty aroma. Medium-bodied. Chocolaty, maybe vanilla, light toastyness, coffee. Easy. Ok.

Can from my brother: pours black with a beige head. Aroma is coffee, some dark chocolate. Taste is pretty bitter, coffee. Solid.
