Golden colour, small white head. Rooty, tart aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish tart flavour. Tartness covers all. Some rootyness. Neh.

Bottle. It's almost clear in the glass, golden in color and topped with a white head. The aroma has an pleasant funk that after a little while feels a bit dull. Leather, barnyard, sour berries, oak and some generic berry notes. It's rather effervescent, medium bodied, with sourness, some alcohol hints and lots of berry flavor. Barnyard, lemon, berries, oak and tannins. Medium length acidic finish. A bit too straightforward, but also quite tasteful. 210603

Bottle. Almost clear golden body without any head but champagne type carbonating with nice looking rising bubbles. Some yeast sediments make the body cloudy at second pour. Looks very nice anyway. Aroma has a nice funky touch with mild fruit, wood and hint of berries. Taste is sweet, smooth malt, sour fruit/berries, distinct old wood and tannins. Fine body and rather acidic aftertaste with quite much dry wood. Exiting and nice, but perhaps a bit too much of this old and wet wood flavor that almost seems to have become a signature flavor from this brewery. Perhaps time to change barrels? Still a very nice beer
