Etelä-Karjalan isoimmat cojonesit omistava panimo puskee pihalle hyvin välinpitämättömästi superhumaloidun samean herkun. Et ole koskaan nähnyt näin teräväpiirteistä Citraa. Tämä asteikot aromaattisuudessaan ylittävä soppa säilyttää kuitenkin myös helpon juotavuuden.

HDHC-tekniikassa annetaan suuriannoksisia humalaboluksia eri kohtaa prosessissa, jolloin saadaan aikaan muhkea ja massiivinen humalaprofiili. Citraa tästä sameasta sopasta ei puutu, sillä siitä pitää huolen Citra BBC, Cryo Citra ja Citra Incognito.

Koska nössyttely ei kuulu sanavarastoomme, on aromihumalointia verkkokalvoja sulattava määrä 38g per litra!

From tap @ Pikkulintyu Ruttopuisto. Thick orange colored looks. Smooth tropical fruits, oranges and citrus fruits. Smooth and slightly dry in the end. Pleasant with good drinkability.

Draught @ Winston 2021 As Tuju Full HD 8K Ultra Citra Aroma has sweet pineapple juice. Flavour has grain, pineapple juice and grapefruit. Crisp , juicy and good.

Tap at Pikkulintu, Ruttopuisto. Color is deep cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, ripe fruits, hops and malts. Good!

1l growler from the brewery. Totally hazy orange golden beer with medium, bit cloudy head. Aroma has exotic fruits, tangerine, grapefruit, citrus and orange. Hops and some pine too. Flavor has exotic fruits, tangerine dominating. Slightly bitter end. Medium+ body. Very fresh and juicy, fruity beer!

Tap at Humala. Dark murky orange colour and small white head. Citrus, overriped tropical fruits in the nose. Medium-bodied. Lots of citrus, riped tropical fruits, pineapple, some hopburn. Intensive. Good.

From backlog. Draught @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Smooth, quite hoppy and juicy with some chewy tropical fruits, pine, citrus, grapefruit, mango and hints of dankness. Pretty good, not as bitter as many other Tuju dipas, but still quite full bodied and intensely hoppy.

(Keg at Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, 20210116) The beer poured pale orange and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grapefruit, tangerine, peach and orange juice. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tangerine, grapefruit, floralness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A pleasant fruity brew with spicy notes. The ABV was well hidden.
