Draught@Lakeuden Panimojuhlat 2023. Hazy amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is juniper, alcohol, some wheat, caramel and mild yeasty spiciness as well. Flavour is juniper, wheat, alcohol, some caramel, mild yeasty spiciness witha nice sweet kick in the finish.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of sahti. Amber colour, tiny white head. Aroma of yeast, juniper, booze, and all three of these overwhelming. Malt somewhere. Viscous texture. Medium sweet, medium bitter. This is packed with attitude.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2021) The beer poured pale amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had juniper, malts, grass and spiciness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were juniper, malts, caramel, spiciness, clove and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, warming and bitter. A nice strong brew with balanced juniper spicing.

Tap at SOPP Tampere 2021, Tampere. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Bread, dryness, malts, wheat... NICE!

Tap at SOPP Tampere. Dark amber colour and small off-white head. Sticky toffeish banana-juniper aroma. Full-bodied. Toffee, banana, juniper and some alcohol. Ok sahti-like.
