Collaboration with the incredible Mansfield power trio WITCH TRIPPER, this is a fruit IPA featuring kalamansi, a lime and kumquat hybrid native to The Philippines. This IPA had a great balance of tart, bitter and fruit notes, dry-hopped with Mosaic and fermented with Sigmunds Voss Kveik yeast.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - cloudy deep amber with a big fluffy white head - 3 pours required. Nose - orange, passion fruit and mango. Not exactly sure what kalamansi should smell like. Taste - bitter citrus, dried apricot and green mango skin. Palate - light bodied, zingy, balanced bitterness. Overall - good balance.

Amber colour, small steady white head and lace. Odd exotic riped tropical fruity and citrusy aroma, odd but not really pleasant. Medium-bodied. Watery front, riped exotic fruits in the flavour, Kalamansi is quite personal. Not really hit me.
