Bottle from CBF. Pours opaque yellow with a dissipating white bead. Nose is sweet hoppy, fruity and floral. Taste is sweet, there’s some malts in there too, but mainly hops. Light, dry body, soft to average carbonation.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso il luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina media. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

April 2019: 330 ml bottle, as Hiisi Nuri Brut IPA, from a grocery store in Helsinki. ABV 5.5%, 25 IBU. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of piney, citrussy and herbal hops. Dry flavour, citric, herbal, piney and easy drinking.

Draught@Lakeuden panimojuhlat 2020. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some spices and mild toasted tones. Flavour is also floral, fruity, some spices, herbs and quite bready tones.

Bottle @ Søgaard tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are dry hops, malt, little fruits and has a light champagne finish.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and lhoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Surprisingly my first Brut IPA. Surprisingly it was not that different from beers I've had before, although I've never tasted the style.

Smell of hops, citrus. Honey colour, high white head. Aroma of hops, acid, some yeast and earth. Watery. Mildly sour, mildly bitter. Lively carbon. Dry palate.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web) Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Grapefruit, grape, gasoline in the nose. Light-bodied. Citrus, blackcurrant hoppy flavours. Sparkling and dryish. Decent.
