Bottle, no idea from where at this point. Quite dark with a light brown head. Nose is pretty mild for an imperial Stout? Bit of roasty malt notes. Pretty sweet, not too complex, a bit of bready aftertaste and could use some more hops. Wee hint of nutty taste. Overall a bit too thin for such a high % imperial.

Dark brown. Aroma is dark chocolate good cocoa and coconut shell. Taste is sweet coconut with some spicy slightly boozy syrup. Good finish with some dark honey. Not bad.

Darkest brown, no head, Chocolate sauce and malt sweets. Full body, sweet, worty, some herbal hops, dry chocolate and malt sugar retronasal. Fine for a dessert I guess,

Bottle courtesy of Jonas, cheers Jonas! Shared with the RB München Tasting Group at Jonas's, Garching Tuesday 22nd October 2019. This is the third time I have tried rating this which is a bit frustrating as I am not that keen on it. Too sweet, malty, beef stock aroma, not great.

Fläschla (label says: bergcraft BREWTALITY, 8.5%): Literally black, smaller and slowly collapsing tanned head with a reddish sheen; moderate sweet-bitter toasted nose with some fruity spots; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium - but hardly full - bodied, at least quite soft; slightly lingering bitter-sweet finish of toasted malt and dried berries with cacao-powder. Not bad, just very tame...
