2022 Garage Project version. Different collaborator, different beer I suppose - although every year is different. Can. Black with a dense pale beige head. And the aroma is different - nutty (maybe even seedy) with Chinotto, peach, singed caramel, some tropical notes. After a few swirls the nutty/ earthy notes seem less prominent and kumquat and peach more so. The lightens and tightens things towards the slightly resinous bitter finish. Right at the end there's a little passionfruit sharpness. Interesting.
