Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
White to transparant head for some seconds; veiled golden beer. Bit ketonic, lactic acid, pineapplejuice, and floral, blossomy; green apple. Sour, again almost as acetone or woodstripper, green apples again and lactic acid. Yoghurt and buttermilk, wet dog. Sharp and light, little carbonation; long lasting acidity. Berliner Weisse on steroids. Still, I have to agree it fits to style characterwise. Txs to Joren for bringing!

Da ziehts mir alles zusammen. Geschmackvoll, nah an einem guten Essig. Krass was Bier kann.
