75cl bottle from Kupela Restaurant, Bayonne. Pours a pale gold, generally clear with a very fine mist. Familiar cheesy basque character, moderate acidity, gently tangy.. but a touch subdued, almost as if it's watered down a little . Still decent.

Bottle. Bit hazy yellow. Sour apple, light funk, soft tannins, white grapes, gooseberries, green apples. Medium sour, light sweet and bitter. Crisp medium bodied, just medium dry.

--Bottled, from Systembolaget Östersund. -- Hazy yellow. Citric apple aroma. Dry and tart with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Tart white wine, acetic apple skin. Mild apple skin bitterness.
