Pours unclear blonde. No real head. Scent is full, funky and complex. White grape. Taste is full, very intense aromatic, great pumped up acidity, loads of grape aroma. lovey, very intense lambic.

Bottle at Cantillon, 28th April 2022. Pours a light golden orange with a light haze. Aroma is funk, mellow, vinous fruit. Taste is light funk and fruit, mineral, earthy, musty, superbly balanced and so moreish and drinkable, best of the day at Cantillon this time.

Bottle pour at Quint 2022. Pours unclear golden with a bubbly white cap. Aroma: tart vinous fruits. Taste: light to moderate tartness, white grapes, spritzy, dry, a little lemon. Medium body with fine carbonation. Beautifully balanced, loved this

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is grapey and vineous, but in a really juicy way, very well-integrated. Taste is green and white fruits, very juicy, not so much Lambicy, great balance. Oily mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Amazing stuff, but I say this as a Champagne lover.

From the bottle at Quintessence. Murky yellow pour with a white head. Green grape vinous bouquet. Slightly effervescent with tart/sour vinous overtones. Lemon and citrus standing strong. Would love to revisit this after a couple years. Good body and mouthfeel.

Cool golden. Of yeah lovely sweet and subtle spicy white grapes up front with some deep Cantillon funk. Later soft malts, yellow kiwi, sweet gooseberries, matches, oak. Over medium sweet and sour. Over medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. I really like this, great stuff.

18/IV/22 - 75cl bottle @ Cantillon Quintessence (Brussels), BB: n/a (2022-366)

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: gentle acidic impression, a bit fruity, oxidized, white grapes, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, lots of citrus, a bit floral, juicy, gentle bitterness, lemony. Aftertaste: a little bitter, nice acidity, fruity, citrus notes, sweetish impression, peaches and apricots, nice one, really like it!
