Fruity nose. The beer starts very fruity funky. Dry malty grainy with lots of wood and funk. Smooth sour, woody with a nice tart woody finish. Great.

NOTE: I'm prepared to finish anybody claiming it is the same beer as the first Wild Friendship collab. Almost no head, but white rim over golden, clear beer. Old wood, sherry, lactic acid, half-dried oak leaves. Sherry, old ale, sherry casks. Some sweetness, almost as chestnut. Yet some dry-out effect, and even bordering on astringency. Not very carbonated, mild acidburn and - thinning. Ultra dry, and a fantastic collab. I love the sherry touch, that wasn't at all in the old version.

0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Yellow clear color, small white head. Smells funky earthy, minerals, almost vinous, wood, light grape notes. Lovely smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, earthy, spices, herbal, tobacco, tea notes, bergamot. Finishes lightly dry, lightly sour and medium bitter with notes of tobacco, some tea notes and herbs. I very much like this, great balance, not very sour at all, rather on the bitter side, which works here though

Pours a bit unclear, pale blonde. Small white head. Scent is funy, buttery, woody. Fairly intense. Taste is full tart, acidic, lactic and lemon acid. Oaky, full, complex and intense. Lovely oak character. Medium body, medium high carbo.

From a bottle at Quintessence. Clear golden pour with a fleeting white head. Peach bouquet. Nice stone fruit/white nectarine/and tart lemon highlights. Tart but with nuisances malt and cereal backbeats. Good body and mouthfeel.

Light golden. Had that massive US gooseberry and herbal funk from especially Allagash right up front. Soft lambic funk, wheat, grapefruit, mineral, poopy, oak. More US than Cantillon shines through. It’s lovely in that it’s really a mix of this Quintessence day, but too US and rough for me overall.
