Golden colour. Strong notes of stewed apples, with acidity, intense aroma. Syrupy mouthfeel, with a good balance from the alcohol and the acidity; brown sugar, some stewed apple, honey.

375mL bottle, pours a clear golden, no head. Nose is loaded with treacle toffee, brown sugar, and stewed apples. Flavour is along the same lines, with stewed apples, brown sugar, treacle, and apple juice. Loads of unadulterated apple juice character. Excellent.

Deep gold. No head. There's a spicy cinnamon sort of note, with a lot of sticky, sugary apple, There's some alcohol there as well. This has a whack of spice, and a touch of alcohol in the finish. A heck of a lot of sticky, fruity apple. I really like this.
